These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BloomBoost website and free website and SEO audit service. By using the website or submitting an audit request, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
1. About BloomBoost
BloomBoost is a Pretoria-based digital-services business that provides website, SEO, email-marketing and related digital-growth services. The free audit is intended primarily for businesses with an existing, publicly accessible website.
2. The free website audit
- The audit is offered without charge and without an obligation to purchase a service.
- BloomBoost aims to deliver the audit within two business days, but this is an estimate and may be affected by demand, availability or incomplete information.
- The review is based on the website and publicly available information accessible at the time of assessment.
- We may decline, postpone or limit a request where the website cannot be accessed, the submission is incomplete, or the request appears unlawful, abusive, misleading or automated.
3. Your responsibilities
When submitting a request, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and you are authorised to request an audit for the submitted business or website;
- you will not submit passwords, private account credentials, unlawful content, malicious links or sensitive personal information;
- your use of the website will not interfere with its operation or violate another person’s rights; and
- you will use the recommendations lawfully and exercise your own business judgement.
4. No guarantee of results
The audit provides general, practical observations and recommendations. Search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue and other business results depend on many factors outside BloomBoost’s control. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level, enquiry volume, conversion rate or financial result.
5. Informational nature of the audit
The audit is not a complete technical, security, accessibility, legal, financial or regulatory assessment. It does not replace advice from a suitably qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation, including making backups and testing changes.
6. Paid services
The free audit does not create a paid-service relationship. Any paid work will be subject to a separate written quotation, scope of work, payment terms or service agreement accepted by both parties.

The BloomBoost website, branding, page design and original written materials belong to BloomBoost or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use an audit delivered specifically to your business for internal business purposes, but you may not resell, republish or misrepresent BloomBoost materials without permission.

9. Availability and changes
